And some would argue that this will simply INCREASE the clutter on 
desks... cables snaking all over the place instead of devices neatly 
tucked into the same box.

There's are pros and cons to each. I'm simply playing devils advocate.

I think the Mac mini is a cute machine. I'd consider buying one, but I'm 
happy with my Linux/Intel and Linux/AMD setup. :)
