Well, that doesn't matter to me so much, since my current landline phone 
doesn't ring in Portland either. heh.

But Cricket's cheapest plan isn't any cheaper than what I pay Qwest, and 
  while sticking it to Qwest is my main goal, to make wireless really 
worthwhile I'd need two phones.
