[Eug-lug] The Wiki Reloaded

I still like the PHP_BB idea. Bulletin boards are easier to
follow along on, easier to spot changes since your last visit,
easier to ask questions and get answers. I see that as a better
mix of wiki and mailing list. Of course it's probably more of a
PITA to maintain but I don't know since I haven't had time to
figure out MySQL to get one going.
