[Eug-lug] Some advice on Kb3 DVD burning software or another suitable software package

I'm looking for some advice on the best DVD software for a Fedora Core 10
install.  I am only interested in data backup, but it would be nice to burn
some DVD video letters also.

For me, the BEST would be an easy install.  This instruction set seems
reasonable enough

If I have to move the burner to a Ubuntu 8.04 box, so be it.

I'm using Fedora Core 10 for the "fake" RAID, but advice, on that subject,
proved sage.  I'm on the cactus path.
