[Eug-lug] NASA going open source

Yes, I should have mentioned that.  NASA employees have made
significant contributions.  Early clusters (beowolf) were
done at NASA.  And at least some of the NIC drivers were
developed there.

Still, this announcement represents something qualitatively
new and different.  The idea that *you* can contribute to
flying software.  It's nice to see such an attitude.
