I don't think it has been mentioned in this thread, that Comcast will
allow existing customers to get a promotion every 6 months... most of
them are 3 months, so you can get a discounted half year more or less
just by calling customer service biannually :) Also with customer
service in general, make sure they note any feedback you have in your
account, as with such service.
