[Eug-lug] Mouse sensitivity adjust under KDE?

I just bought a Logitech G5 laser mouse. (Evidently it really
does contain a laser, IR.) For most of my work, it is too
sensitive. By default it has three speeds: good, too fast,
much too fast. Unfortunately the default speed is "too fast".

Fine, I figured. I'll just adjust the sensitivity in KDE so
that the default is good. Then when I want finer adjustments
I can use the other settings.

Well, I can't find the place to adjust it. Didn't KDE used
to have this capability? It's hard to imagine anyone deciding
it would be OK to drop that capability. But where is it?
