An overview of patent, copyright, and trademark law as it relates to
software development.  We'll focus on the elements that the (majority)
of the audience would like more info.

Mr. Mc Leod has sixteen years experience working on three continents
for companies and clients such as Hewlett-Packard, McDonnell Douglas,
Martin Marietta, and McDonald Dettwiler.  He focuses his practice on
intellectual property litigation, including managing international
litigation strategies involving impeachment, revocation,
reexamination, and opposition proceedings.
