Availability
The MSI Wind was originally scheduled to ship June 27, 2008 in the
U.S. Pre-orders on the MSI website were taken on June 16, 2008 for the
3-cell version with XP installed. A version with the 6-cell battery
has been pushed back to September.[5] [6]
As of June 27th, the release of the 10-inch MSI Wind has been hit with
another delay. Due to an "industry wide battery shortage," MSI is
including free overnight delivery with the new July 7th ship date to
those who pre-ordered. [7]
