[Eug-lug] speech recognition software

There was at one time ViaVoice by IBM. Speex and CMU Sphinx are
the current projects I think. I've never tried any of it myself.
I've toyed with a relatively recent version of Dragon NS on
Windows but I don't like talking to my computer.
