[Eug-lug] Those Dang DPCs Clogging the MMCSS

My Windows guy is a Microsoft groupie.  He upgraded Vista to XP after a
week.

I've compared notes with other consultants in the area and the number of
them that actually like and recommend Vista can be counted on one hand.
