You can change your /etc/apt-sources/sources.list and replace feisty with gutsy

and then apt-get update && apt-get dist-upgrade

but make sure you take backups first.

And it won't work perfectly if you are expecting to upgrade your video
drivers; or have used automattix to install a bunch of dodgy codecs...
