I used Mr. O's last night. It was actually alot better than I had thought it would be. I noticed a mild warm spot on the underside, but other than that (and I'm not all that thrilled with the track-pad -very sensitive, and responsive, but double-clicking was weird) I thought it was a solid little box.

Subject: [Eug-lug] eeePC again

Sorry to resurrect this topic, but did anyone end up buying one of the
eeePCs? Used it for any length of time? I'm thinking of getting one
because I'd like to have a device smaller than my 15" notebook, but that
I can still do word processing on (and occassionally surfing and
coding). The price, the size, and the fact that it runs linux are
attracting me - any glaring defects?

(I know it's really small - I'm 5'8" with average hands - can I get used
to the keyboard?)

Thanks,

 - Jason L.
