Actually that would be
Ctrl-x Ctrl-c

to exit emacs.

There is no equivalent to force quit in common use. Emacs will
auto-save buffers you are working on,
handy for recovery, not so handy for leaving evidence around.

#from this you can deduce that vi is a tool of the criminal classes ;-)
