Has anybody here seen or done something along the lines of the following:

A machine with a browser is set up,

the web page being constructed has a meta refresh setup to reload
every couple of seconds (could actually be done in a frame so as not
to touch the work piece)

the source files are under source control and available from the lan

two or more people using their laptops checkout and edit files and
push changes to the master copy which are immediately displayed so
that everyone can see them.

development proceeds iteratively and interactively.

Would anyone like to try this at Mr. O's tonight?
