Hand your parents a stock Windows installation(Not a Dell/HP/Gateway

Including win32 codecs in a distribution violates copyright and is (as I
understand it) illegal.
Just because we all wink-wink, nudge-nudge as we ignore the law doesn't
make it any more legal.

If you don't like the system, change it. But don't take it out on Ubuntu
for playing by the rules.
