I've got latex tubing that would make a killer, albeit low tech, wrist 
rocket type launcher, just scale it up a bit.  I am certain you'll be 
slaughtering your opponent on reloads while they are debating the 
validity of sling-shot technology.

"The fastest with the mostest" is the old Army slang.
