[Eug-lug] HP DL360 USB Weirdness

I just got a new Proliant DL360 at work. Really nice machine, super fast.
Everything seems to be working fine, however, every second or so a virtual
USB hub and keyboard connects and disconnects, causing a bunch of noise in
dmesg. It seems to be part of the iLO2 system, but it's driving me nuts, the
dmesg pollution make tracking other hardware events really difficult. Has
anyone else out there seen this behavior, or even better, found a workaround
that doesn't involve breaking iLO2?
