[Eug-lug] Issues with apache

There are in fact a couple very easy packages for windows users to delve
into the wonders of open source Web&DB services, oft known as WAMP (windows
variant of LAMP suite)..
I've had generally great luck with them, but as with any winders wonder,
would not serve the wan with it!

I don't know which is more popular or stable these days.
