[Eug-lug] Issues with apache

Greetings all,

I seem to be having issues with apache not wanting to run perl files.  I am
using Ubuntu with Apache2.

The httpd.conf doesn't seem to have anything in it and I don't know where
else to look.

How do I turn this on???
