[Eug-lug] firewallls

1. http://www.fwbuilder.org/ can ben used to configure (er, build
configuration files for) firewalls, including iptables.
2. Distro's built-in method is generally preferrably, unless you're ready to
maintain customization.
Skype's the mark.
