[Eug-lug] Why is everybody blue!?

It's just when watching video. mpegs, wmv, avi, and so on. Basically
anything that is played through Totem.
3D rendered stuff looks normal.

I have an ATI Radeon X1600XT

I know this seems to be a common issue on the Ubunutu forums, I just didn't
find any solutions to the issue during my search.
