Personally, I think The Spot is a very good..well...spot.
If you consider what we need:
Large space with tables for gear, ample power, internet access, close to 
food, and parking, it nails 4 out of 5.

I had no trouble parking nor would I think anyone who is willing to walk 
a couple of blocks would.
As for bringing computers, etc to the meeting, it does have an available 
loading/unloading space at the back.
For the eco-friendly among us, a bike rack is present.

It's not perfect, to be sure, but I think it's a mistake to dismiss it 
out of hand without giving it a try for a few meetings, especially given 
the lack of alternatives for meeting space.
