[Eug-lug] Meeting

ORCAS is willing to host but can only offer 1 meeting per month and it 
can't be the 4th Thursday, which is when our board meetings are.

Since ORCAS has internet and possibly a projector, maybe this could be a 
  monthly meeting with topic or focused discussion?
