[Eug-lug] New formal meet-up place

I've been hanging out at the spot for some time now, and to tell you the  
truth after 6pm the parking situation changes a great deal, besides, there is a  
parking garage about the same distance from the spot as the parking lot to our 
 meet-up at EWEB (so get your panties out of a bunch about PARKING!!!!  LOL).
