And Portland's a big city -- I'm sure you could find someone to con -- and
if it is Intel or Google maybe you'll be visiting Eugene next time around,
instead  ;)
I know it seems like a long way, but I think you'll find it is LESS THAN 150
miles, unless you're coming from further south... and I've always had fun
travelling for LUG and other techie purposes, just make sure all the
hippy-ISH geeks shower that day before you cram in a car with them ;)  Ha
ha.  I am in Portland now and will not be staying through or doing this
particular event so consider my comments as that of the peanut gallery.
