[Eug-lug] New formal meet-up place

Parking may be an issue, although I've never had too much trouble finding a  
place to park after 6 PM. My suggestion for a time to check it out would be  
after our next meeting, that we go down there before dinner. In any case, just  
thought I would put it forward for lack of other viable suggestions.
