[Eug-lug] New formal meet-up place

Personally my biggest concern is parking. It would be nice to meet on
or near campus occasionally at least. Perhaps we could get some
students involved with the group.
Eric, Why don't we arrange a time to go check out the room and the
parking situation. I'd like for us to be able to make an informed
decision.
