[Eug-lug] What is Viiv?

I remember Viiv being rumored to hint at the dual-core, tech,
since it looks like a palindrome of roman numerals :)
Well that was disspelled... my understanding is that it is
just another chipset-compliance spec, like Centrino.
Wikipedia calls it a "marketing platform", nice one!
