I have a friend who just bought a graphics card off craigslist before
he realized he cannot use it.
He's going to be providing some more info really soon, like what kind
of slot this goes into...

PS - from a quick search, it looks like this is an AGP card, and I
think he's asking ~40, both unconfirmed but maybe helpful...
