[Eug-lug] Local lunch spots with WiFi?

Does High Street actually have their own wifi?
Last time I checked, although it was over a year ago,
there was access from some neighbor and they were not promoting it.
Some restaurants are hip to it, but some don't like the extra "table time"
generally incurred.  Try to tip well and thank them for a place to be
online,
where-ever you go :))
