Does Speakeasy/Covad serve Eugene area?

Thought they only served PDX metro?

I looked into Speakeasy/Covad ( Around the start of this year ) and we
are in their extended coverage area.  The cost of being in their
extended coverage area is much higher.  This may have changed in the
last 6 months.
