[Eug-lug] OT: Looking for suggestions for broadband (in Eugene)

I looked into Speakeasy/Covad ( Around the start of this year ) and we
are in their extended coverage area. The cost of being in their
extended coverage area is much higher. This may have changed in the
last 6 months.
