Don't go with any satellite provider if you plan to move stuff
*through* your connection. They typically block EVERYTHING
unless you upgrade to the business package.
Another reason for slow down on Comcast is because the node is
actually shared. College students probably have it the worst
with half a dozen roommates and probably half the residents on
the nodes run file sharing programs.
Some day we'll have free range packets that can go as fast as
they want in either direction :-)
