[Eug-lug] OT: Looking for suggestions for broadband (in Eugene)

Jason,
	I routinely push and pull gigabytes of traffic over my Comcast link. 
They have never deliberately cut off my service for any reason. 
However, my internet goes down at least once a week, and my VPN link to
HQ get dropped about once every 2-3 days on average.  I have run servers
behind my router in the past without difficulty, except for one 3 months
period immediately following the switch from AT&T infrastructure to
Comcast infrastructure.
