[Eug-lug] Dell Optiplex 740 experience?

So you want a proprietary machine with a proprietary motherboard
you can only get through Dell, a CPU cooler designed for use
ONLY with Dell motherboards, quite possibly a proprietary power
supply that.. wait.... IS ONLY AVAILABLE from DELL?
Eww. Oh well, the only thing they have going for them is you
can't beat their prices on their base machines. Add a little
here and there and I can usually build a better box for your
money. Although, if you want AMD I'd build it but can't stand
behind it. I've become a hardware nazi over the last 6 years and
I know what works and what doesn't.
