The OLCC (aka state government mafia group controlling liquor distribution
in this state) will soon be "testing" liquor sales in grocery stores in our
area. Such "tests" already going on in other areas of the state.

In the meantime, on a otherwise nice August Sunday, it's ok for me to have
brunch out on my patio, sucking in field burn smoke,. But I can't walk down
to local Safeway to pickup a nice after brunch brandy. But we do have the
right-to die ;-)
