Do you mean to uncomment all of the following?
# UserDir is now a module

#UserDir disabled root

But I'm not sure this is the whole answer. As you notice
below I symlink from public_html. I may need to add that
target directory, /media/abrownExtra/public_html/, to a
whitelist. How can I do that?
