Eh, knowing me, If I used a mod-chip, I would just watch *my* non-pay
channels (and probably still won't even bother wasting time watching HBO
or any of the other pay channels!!!)

In the meantime, just noticed a post to Pvrusb2 mailing list about the
later models having a TX blaster to change channels on cable boxes via
lircd.  As to whether it works or not, is still a toss-up imo.  Haven't
researched it yet.
