Make && Model?

if you can control it from a web interface you could put together a
script that would do the right http requests for you to run at the
appropriate time.

either curl or a scripting language should be able to do that for you.

Of course if you've got a network or serial PDU (managed power strip)
you could always switch it off and on to your schedule.
