[Eug-lug] Amazon's interesting EC2 lets you run linux instances via a web service

Just looking at the docs they seem to be somewhat Fedora centric, but
instances can have a public IP (assigned by DHCP) and can run web
servers, so this goes squarely at the guts of most of the webhosting
providers.

But this is actually some pretty big news, because they have the power
and scale to offer this sort of thing at a functional level of
reliability this will make a lot of things possible that weren't
before.
