[Eug-lug] To reach text-based Unix developers

To whom it may concern,
 
I am looking to contact Unix, text-based developers, and wanted to know if
you have any suggestions on how I might reach these companies?
 
We have developed a  software program, "TrueGUI",  <http://www.truegui.com/>
www.truegui.com, that offers software tools to text-based  programmers, that
wants to put a True Windows XP looking front end on there screen's, without
doing a re-write. This is done using the .net framework, not screen scrapes
or HTML.
 
I would appreciate your help with this matter.
