[Eug-lug] recreating irc with gmail chat

Okay, here's the deal, I put in first eulug as a new instant message and jabber 
came back with a 404. Now, I put in the other euglug at gmail.com and it shows up 
on my buddy list as the person is not online.

I am using saanpregion at gmail.com here on my end.
