[Eug-lug] bounce mail from the command line?

When the new server kicked over, I suppose my @euglug.net account got 
moved over but my .forward file did not.  So I sent my email asking 
about "tee's opposite" and never heard anything.  Tonight I figured out 
why... all the mail is sitting waiting for me on the new tux.euglug.org. 
  I put my .forward file back in there.

So I'd like to bounce all the mail sitting in /var/mail/rob on 
euglug.org to my real address (or even the euglug.net account now that 
it's forwarding).  Any way to do this?
