Oops, sorry.  I am spoiled by OpenBSD.  The /etc/rc script actually
makes the keys.  I thought sshd did it.

$ suso ssh-keygen -q -t dsa -f /etc/ssh/ssh_host_dsa_key -N
$ suso ssh-keygen -q -t rsa -f /etc/ssh/ssh_host_rsa_key -N
$ suso ssh-keygen -q -t rsa1 -f /etc/ssh/ssh_host_key -N
