Just thought I'd mention that if you've ever installed an updated
version of openssh from pkgsrc (or similar) the _new_ config file
maybe be /usr/pkg/etc/ssh/sshd_config - something to consider if
you just assumed that the _old_ config file was still getting read.
On my NetBSD box the old default AllowRootLogins was 'no'; on the
new one (via pkgsrc) it's 'yes'...
